WELCOME TO COOLROOF® HEAT REFLECTIVE PAINT / HIGH ALBEDO PAINT / HIGH SRI PAINT

With an SRI value of 122, COOLROOF® is a heat- and sun-reflective paint that has been tested in accordance with ASTM/LEEDS guidelines for green buildings. Applying COOLROOF®, a high SRI and high Albedo coating, to any kind of roof is possible. It is a sun-reflective paint designed to lower the temperature on the roof. It is a thermally insulating roof coating that reduces the amount of heat that the sun emits onto the roof. It is one of the very few green building products that has been given approval for high albedo coatings by both the Indian Green Building Council (IGBC) and GRIHA. Its capacity to reflect or resist heat as an insulation coating on all types of roof surfaces, including pre-coated roof sheets, RCC, concrete, metallic, asbestos, galvalume and Poly-flex.

HEAT REFLECTIVE PAINT & HEAT INSULATION PAINT – COOL ROOF PAINT

Our heat insulation paint helps reduce heat and can be applied to any type of roof. It reflects solar energy to reduce heat buildup. Indian Insulation and Engineering makes and supplies COOLROOF® coating, a thermal insulation and waterproof paint used across India, especially to cool roofs in summer. With COOLROOF®, roof temperatures can drop by up to 20°C.
